CO-CREATING A PATH TO HARMONY WITH YOUR UNIQUE ALCHEMY circle has just come to an end.
Ah. Sweet, tender, profound … thanks to each of the women who gathered, every week, for nine weeks. I am sitting in the same room, which looks and feels undisturbed from last night, and I am deeply and absolutely amazed, proud, and so incredibly filled with joy having witnessed each of you in your own authentic self, the growth, the expansion, the shifts. How utterly inspiring!
This was a journey of self-awareness, self-love, self-care, and self-expression ~ so we can be even more of service and embracing of others.
In this magical series, we explored our chakras as our home energy centers, and accessing and balancing the feminine and masculine energies.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate” ~ expressed beautifully by brilliant Carl Jung, is what we travelled with on our nine week journey. Shadows and lights and smallness and greatness; our pitfalls and our gifts; our stuck-ness and our radiance; our patterns and our limitless self. Connecting with our All-ness.
We unwound, we dropped in, we connected. The invitation was to first connect with your own self, always; your heart, body, soul, and check in that your mind is aligned. Then, with each other in the circle. And then with Mother Earth, the Universe, and the Source.
We journeyed towards wholeness. We listened to our body. We danced the way we felt like dancing; a slow moving meditation, stretching, a full on wild dance. Dancing through the chakra system to awaken the body, expand the mind, and call out to the soul.
We took many deep breaths. We breathed in full breaths of freshness, newness, possibilities; we exhaled stagnation, staleness, frustrations, anger, fear, insecurities, judgment, comparisons. We reminded each other of what matters: to invite more harmony, to access the forgotten parts of ourselves, to tap into our intuition, to ignite our passion for life, to raise the vibrations.
We invited creativity to flow; free flow writing, drawing, crafting, visualizing.
You were encouraged to go beyond the mind, ride the wave of energy of creation, of your truth. To show up for it, be with it all – it’s your life, your journey, your alchemy! Not to be realistic, but to be bold in your envisioning.
Having a marvelously talented ambient musician perform for us live during our Integration and Celebration night was magic in itself! His energy and music was a delicious treat, a beautiful contribution to the female, to our healing and empowering, and to our being sourced.
We explored the practices and rituals as doorways revealing the inherent beauty and meaning of our ordinary moments.
Each chakra session looked different; from each other, and also at times from all the versions I had previously lovingly created. Because life is a constant flow of changes, shifts, turns… one particular circle a perfect example of universe rearranging things, presenting challenges and doorways for potential chaos. And yet, with all of it, also a great delicious opportunity ~ for us to show up for each other and our own selves with care, kindness, community spirit, trust, understanding for the bigger picture (a big crown chakra lessons right there)!
So we were gifted with a space to practice not being attached to how things should look like, or what a definition of a successful evening looked like. We practiced being grateful for all that needed to come forth, if only as a chance to revisit or highlight where we need to release, grow, express, expand, open.
I am beyond grateful… I thank you for showing up, for yourself, for sisterhood, and to help raise vibration for all of us and the planet. I thank you for trusting me to be your facilitator, hostess, guide, sister…
Sisters; beautiful women; divine souls; wonderful humans. My soul recognized you; my mind embraced you; my home welcomed you.
And as we did to close the circle each time, saying our name, a few words about what was alive within us, and extended our hands to sisters next to us, I now close this blog share with sending you all a big energetic hug and offering my words of what I take with me: Bliss, Connection, Growth. And so much Love.
