I have been feeling so permeable lately; poised to go deeper and take bigger steps in service of my work, not separate from how I connect to and lead my life.
And, this means looking closely and paying attention to my own stories and stories/programs that have been passed onto me; committing to speaking my truth even when the raw parts dig into a wound that still needs healing (and, actually – because of that!); cleaning up my self-sabotaging patterns; and, prioritizing my relationship with the world, my place within it, all with my unapologetic all-consuming love for life and touching others with love and light.
~ Shedding light onto the old familial, traditional, and cultural patterns, programming, and wounding
~ Understanding why and what triggers us – as we feel not only our own “wounding,” sacrifice, suffering, shame… but also of many generations before us
~ Remembering the truth from before we learned to live our lives in accordance to traditions based on fear, shaming, blame, or scarcity
~ Inviting better ways to navigate personal thresholds as old paradigm of power, structure, domination, and control falls away
~ Supporting each other in a safe and heart-centered environment as we rise to shift those stale perspectives, choosing to create rather than react, act from love rather than duty, be motivated by heart rather than guilt
~ Exploring what’s possible as we unfold, unravel, re-pattern, transmute; setting intentions and making a declaration for manifesting a more aligned and untethered aspect/archetype of you – from your unique body-mind-spirit alchemy

Our souls have birthed wordless poems carved by so many women before us. Some in pain and suffering, blame and shame; some lighting a way of compassion and love.
The time is now to heal the wounds of blaming, shaming, fear, and burdens as we connect with other soul sisters and honor our elders and ancestors and the trials from which they rose.
